This indoor residential pool was delivered in collaboration with a property developer who constructed the pool shell using concrete blockwork. Designed with an undercroft, the structure allows for accessible pipework installation and ensures ease of maintenance for the lifetime of the pool.

As part of our build-assist role, we were entrusted with the pool’s full technical design, ensuring compliance with industry standards while aligning with the project’s overall requirements. The property developer relied on our expertise to specify and install the appropriate filtration, circulation, and environmental control systems, allowing them to focus on the wider build while we managed the pool installation seamlessly.

The plant room was equipped with a high-end filtration system, optimising water quality and efficiency, alongside an air handling unit to maintain temperature, humidity, and ventilation within optimum parameters. While a slatted pool cover is yet to be installed, the systems have been designed to integrate it seamlessly when required.

By collaborating closely with the property developer, we ensured the pool was designed and installed to the highest standards, allowing them to concentrate on the broader project while we delivered a fully functional, future-proofed pool system.
