This indoor swimming pool was constructed using Nudura ICF (Insulated Concrete Formwork), providing a structurally robust and highly insulated solution for long-term durability and energy efficiency. Working in collaboration with the property developer, we provided build-assist services, ensuring the pool’s seamless integration within the wider project.

Our role encompassed specialist ICF pool design and installation, including the construction of the pool shell, pipework installation, and plant room coordination. The plant room was designed around an autonomous, high-end filtration system, optimising water quality with minimal manual intervention. An all-in-one air handling unit was incorporated to regulate humidity, ventilation, and heating, ensuring the pool environment remains within optimum parameters year-round.

To complement the indoor setting, an automated electric pool cover reel was installed, eliminating the manual effort of covering and uncovering the pool. This cost-effective solution enhances usability while maintaining the pool’s sleek aesthetic.

By working alongside the property developer, we ensured the pool was delivered on schedule and met the highest standards of efficiency, performance, and aesthetics. Our expertise in ICF pool construction and technical system integration helped deliver a low-maintenance, high-performance indoor pool that aligns with both the developer’s vision and the client’s long-term expectations.
